George Hunter

Born and raised in the terraced streets of working class Belfast during the turbulent era of The Troubles, George developed an early love for art. Though his talent and passion for creativity shone brightly during his school years, the idea of pursuing art as a career seemed out of reach. Societal expectations and family pressures made following a more traditional path the only viable choice.

After establishing a successful career as a Test Engineer in the electronics industry , George later ventured into the art world as a photographer and picture framer. These roles reignited his long held dream of creating art, ultimately inspiring him to return to his first love: making art of his own.

Now a dedicated artist , George draws upon his rich life experiences, blending technical precision with deep emotional expression to craft works that resonate with audiences.
